The beads are soft enough that my daughter actually chews on the holder instead of losing it on the floor, which I didn't expect. It's hand-threaded so the cord has a nice give to it, and it's held up fine through a few weeks of daily use.

I clipped this to the stroller strap and it survived a whole mall trip without the pacifier hitting the floor once. Knowing it was hand-threaded by a women's collective makes it feel a little more special, too.
